Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We offer free standard delivery on orders over £45.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping options are coming soon.
